Netflix Trailer for ‘Drifting Home’ Introduces a Mysterious Anime World

I have no doubt that Netflix’s new movie Drifting Home will have the ability to transport me to a new and mysterious world in the same way that anime movies often do.

In this film, two childhood friends who haven’t played together for a while are suddenly transported into a watery world where they find themselves floating through a watery world with their old neighbourhood no longer in sight as they go out to play in their now-abandoned apartment building where they grew up.

In the same way as Bubble, this one seems set to be a dreamy blend of mystery and nostalgia that will leave you wanting more.
